New Mobile Internet Device and Service Platform to Power Digital Signage Network

Concord, MA, June 9, 2010 —Nu Graphics, a full service print innovations company, and Isabella Products, a mobile Internet device and services company based in Concord, Massachusetts, announced today an agreement that will enable Nu Graphics to become the first commercial reseller of Vizit™ for the digital signage and advertising management marketplace. Isabella Products’ Vizit is a new mobile Internet device that allows users to deliver digital content seamlessly over its VizitMe.com content management platform via the cellular network.

Vizit’s cellular connectivity allows businesses to send targeted advertising content to stores across the nation by simply using VizitMe.com to deliver context-specific content on each display. The simplicity and interactivity of VizitMe.com allows content to be dynamically updated to a specific business, promotion, and/or market at a moment’s notice. Field updates no longer need to be made to displays due to the cellular connectivity, which allows the immediate and remote upload of any new content.

Nu Graphics digital signage solution will include Design, Delivery, and Management of custom advertisements, promotions, coupons, and syndicated content. At a fraction of the cost of traditional print or digital signage, Nu Graphics is offering the ability to have such content dynamically accessible and targeted through the Vizit display network.

The display from Nu Graphics will be branded the “Nu View,” which will be one of the first cost effective mobile solutions for the delivery of digital signage into Retail, POP, POS, and personalized display markets. Concord, MA, May 18, 2010 — Isabella Products, a revolutionary new product company focused on developing innovative solutions for emerging consumer needs, announced the appointment of Dan Williams as Vice President of Product Development. In this role, Williams will lead an aggressive and innovative product strategy in creating and designing new products and services utilizing the VizitMe.com platform and Isabella Products’ mobile Internet device technology. Additionally, Williams will also drive strategic partnerships and licensing of Isabella’s proprietary technology.

Prior to managing the Boston office of Chicago-based design and engineering consultancy Product Development Technologies, Inc., Williams served as Vice President of Design at Reebok where he introduced user experience design processes, combining design and business development practices focused on unmet market needs and emerging opportunities and technologies.

AT&T Supports More Than 370 Wireless Speciality Devices

Solidifies Leadership in Wirelessly Connecting eReaders, Netbooks, Personal Navigation Devices, Other Consumer Electronics

DALLAS, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — AT&T*, which offers the nation’s most advanced mobile broadband experience, announced today that through 2009, it has certified more than 370 wireless specialty consumer and machine-to-machine devices – such as eReaders, netbooks, digital photo frames, personal navigation devices, and home security monitoring and smart grid devices – for use on its mobile broadband network.

Consumers and business customers rely on AT&T’s wireless network to access a range of new, innovative solutions to make their lives and workplaces more efficient and productive. In addition to consumer electronics devices, or emerging devices, these solutions include rugged handsets and laptops, healthcare tracking tools, and meter-reading, vending machine, and home detention devices, among multiple devices designed to support the needs of a broad range of M2M solutions for enterprises.

Since forming a dedicated organization to focus on wirelessly connecting new categories of emerging devices in late 2008, AT&T has emerged as the clear industry leader in one of the wireless industry’s fastest growing areas.

•Digital Photo Frames: AT&T will provide the wireless connection for two digital photo frames – Isabella’s VIZIT and the Pandigital Photo Mail LED Digital Photo Frame – both expected to be in market in the first quarter of 2010.
•Telematics Devices: AT&T currently enables telematics service for a major luxury automotive OEM and has plans to expand to other automakers.

When photos arrive on the frame, users can send replies back to friends and forward photos along to other friends and family. The frame’s connection to the mobile network allows for features currently in development for early next year, such as eCommerce on the frame, to be sent seamlessly over the air.

Remote photo management is part of the overall Vizit experience.
