Stephen brings 11 years of finance and accounting experience in primarily early stage venture funded organizations. He began his career at Verance, Inc. a Constellations Ventures and MMC funded venture which develops audio watermarking technologies and solutions. Following Verance, he served as the Vice President of Finance for 422, Inc. a Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Motorola Ventures (MV) funded start up focused on delivering a next generation wireless directory assistance platform. While at 422, Inc. he was responsible for all finance and administrative functions. Most recently, Stephen served as the Chief Financial Officer of Avotec, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of audio and visual patient comfort systems for use with Magnetic Resonance Imaging systems and was responsible for all financial, administrative, human resource and information technology functions.
