Paul has 27 years of experience in engineering and management.  As a SW engineer and manager, he developed enterprise network products at Microcom, Chipcom, 3Com, Lucent Technologies and Avaya.  He was also key contributor at a number of start-up companies including Prominet, Airsprite Technologies, and Azimuth Systems building enterprise and wireless network products.  Paul’s breadth of experience ranges from bringing up bleeding-edge HW platforms to programming user applications to managing large teams of engineers.  He has worked on many projects starting as concepts and ending with customer delivery and support.
